Glazed Dijon Carrots
I am not a fan of carrrots but i could eat a lot of this. The dijon gave it a great, different flavor. Yumm! I left a little bit of crunch in the carrots but reducing the cooking time in the water. I also cut them into dimes instead of strips. Will make again!!!
