Cara's Creamy Stuffed Shells

This was great! I only used 2 lbs of ground beef & it was still very meaty. Everyone from my 9 year old niece to my 91 year old grandna loved this meal.

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

This is absolutely amazing, easy to make and on the rare occasion there are leftovers, they're gone by the next day!!!! I use a little extra lemon zest to kick up the lemony flavor.

There should be one rating above 5 stars: just like Grandma used to make! These are truly incredible! The house smells wonderful and they were easy. My five-year-old helped me make them and he says these cookies are the best! Thank you!

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Very tasty. I use a bit of Lawry's seasoning salt in the butter and flour. Thank you! I had a craving today for my mom's tuna noodle casserole. She passed away this summer and never wrote down all her recipes. This tastes exactly like she used to make it. Thanks so much! Comfort food at its best. The flavor is great

Pasta Shells with Portobello Mushrooms and Asparagus in Boursin Sauce

This is an amazing dish! I didn't add the salt and it still turned out really well. I cook the asparagus in a Ziploc Steamer bag in the microwave for about a minute and a half, then just stir it into the sauce & pasta (I prefer my asparagus really crunchy). This is absolutely delicious.

Fluffy Pancakes

These are amazing! I made them exactly as written and loved them. I've never made pancakes with such thick batter before but WOW! I may take other reviewers' advice and add a bit of vanilla next time just because I like the flavor but it's truly not necessary. I didn't even need syrup with these. They're wonderful by themselves.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Easy & delicious. I read reviews and used a cookie sheet for one batch. They spread so I won't make that mistake again (I'll just have to break down & finally get more mini muffin pans). My eight year old son helped make them & had a blast. They taste delicious!

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

This was absolutely delicious. I only gave it four stars because it was really spicy, even for me. I had to wash some of the rub off after cooking. Still, it was DELICIOUS!!! The blend of flavors is really great - it was just too spicy for me. Great recipe. I will definitely be making this again!

Alfredo Sauce

This was delicious! I used actual parmesan reggiano that I grated myself (not the stuff in a green can) and it was amazing. I used all parmesan, no Romano. I will definitely make this again.

Swanson® Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Boiling the potatoes in broth adds an unbelievable amount of flavor to mashed potatoes! Adding the reserved broth just makes them better. I gave this only four stars because I like it better with half & half or heavy cream but this is an excellent start to a great recipe!
