Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was an amazing soup/chowder. I did change a few things... I bought the itty bitty potatoes so I didnt have to chop, I added thyme, and instead of 2 cups of milk, I added 1 cup milk and 1 cup heavy whipping cream. I will make this over and over again. Thanks!

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
I add ground Turkey... it isn't vegetarian anymore, but it's AMAZING!!

Lime Honeydew Sorbet
This sounded really weird, but I wanted to make my husband some sorbet- and I happen to have these ingredients in the house, it turned out really yummy! Totally unexpected because the flavors sound strange together, but he loved it!!
