I made this for supper last night and dad loved it! I too, had to add extra liquid while it was cooking. I added extra water and a little bit of milk, to make it more creamy. It was supper easy and fun to make!!! Thanxz for posting it!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins

these were good but you couldn't tasted the sugar on the top at all! I only put chocolate-chips in 1/2 of the batter...and i liked the ones without chocolate-chips better. the batter was runny but over-all they were very good, and it's a "keeper" recipe.

Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Muffins

These were super-duper good...i made them for breakfast, and they were perfect!!! they were light and fluffy although they were a little dry. but other than that...man, were they good.

Ranch Eggs 'n' Biscuits

I only made the biscuits...but they were terrible...I doubled the recipe and they were SOOOO salty I couldn't believe it. if you ever make these, only put in 1/2 of the salt. :(

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This was so good...this is one of the best desserts I've ever had, we doubled the amount of jello on the top...but while you're at it, go ahead and double the whole recipe! :) You won't regret it!!!

Tortillas I

These were pretty good...they were a little bland..and I even added more salt...I made burittos with them, and they folded REALLY nice...I would say over all, they were pretty good!!!

Coconut-Cornflake Cookies

ugh, after reading everybody's reviews that said they were good, I MUST have done something wrong...they burnt...but weren't done in the middle...and they stuck to the cookies sheet (which I spayed heavily)but as I said, I must have done something wrong because they turned out fine for everybody else? :(

Buffalo Chicken Fingers

These were awsome...everybody loved them and they didn't even last one day...as some other people said...they weren't really "baffalo-ish" but they DID taste like they were fried!!!!!!!!!!!!
