This was really good. I wouldn't change anything about it.

Campbell's® Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2008
I love this recipe because it is so easy. However, to make it have flavor I did add a few things. In the rice/water/veggie/soup mixture I added a pinch of paprika, salt and tarragon and I finely chopped up a small jalapeno and green pepper. I didn't use frozen vegetables - I used fresh broccoli. Also, on the chicken I sprinkled some seasoning salt, pepper and worsteshire...all of this gave it more flavor and the jalapeno added a small kick. Will definitely use this again when I don't have time to cook a fancy dinner.

Italian Peas

They're good, for peas. Definitely better than eating them plain, and my husband liked them.

Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2008
Outstanding recipe. I used some advice from previous reviewers and marinated the chicken in some worcteshire and lime juice - it turned out great and my husband loved it too. Only problem was I ran out of chicken and people wanted more!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2008
This recipe probably would have gotten 5 stars from me if the bake time was longer. My bread came out half raw after the time given. So I'd definitely make this again, but put it in for at least 10 more minutes.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2008
This is the only dessert recipe I've come across that I actually had to do nothing to make it taste better. My husband and guests and I LOVED it. The only thing I changed (because I didn't have regular oats on hand) was I substituted in two of those individual serving caramel apple flavored oatmeal packets. I don't know if it made much of a difference, but this turned out superb. (and it was my first time making an apple crisp recipe ever.)

Chicken Avocado Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2008
Healthy pizza! And yummy. I added an extra avocado because the quantity provided seemed too small. I used the Pizza Dough I recipe instead of store-bought crusts. I would definately recommend doing this. Also - I didn't use the broiler. I just put it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes. Came out perfect.

Salmon with Pecan Honey Glaze

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2008
I don't know what the other users are rating this three stars for. My husband and I loved this recipe and I don't think I would change anything except maybe next time I will try to put something in to make the glaze less sweet.

Sauteed Portobellos and Spinach

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2008
This was good. I used fresh spinach instead of frozen, added a little more garlic and added sliced onions. It needed a little more flavor, though.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2007
I have to be honest, I didn't really look at many of the measurements on this recipe, because I only had one eggplant. Instead, I just used the one eggplant and added the rest of the ingredients according to what looked right. Tasted pretty good!

Pesto Chicken Florentine

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
I liked this but as is it is too bland. Next time I would definitely put more pesto, salt and garlic cloves in. And other people are right about one whole bag of spinach instead of just two cups. I also tossed some freshly diced tomatoes on top which gave it a good flavor.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
This was really good - I tossed in fresh vegetables to the chicken mixture (so I had to make more sauce): broccoli, carrots, onions and mushrooms, and I let that simmer for awhile until the veggies became soft but still a little crunchy. I served it over a bed of rice and both me and my husband loved.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
These were good, with just the right amount of spiciness (I put a little extra cayenne in). However, next time I will add something else to the cream cheese mixture...it needed more flavor.

Turkey Pot Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2007
This was the first pot pie I've ever made and was a GREAT way to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. I only had a 9" pie pan and used only one medium sized potato. I also didn't have celery but added some frozen peas instead. With these changes, it turned out PERFECT. I will definitely be using this recipe after Thanksgiving again.
