Very, very yummy with these changes: Double sauce. (even with small amount of skinless chicken pieces, i.e. drumsticks or thighs) Here's my own take on the sauce: 2 T cornstarch, 2 T water, little less than 1/2 cup white sugar, little less than 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup regular vinegar, 1 full tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp black pepper. Pour half the sauce on the chicken and cover and bake half an hour. Uncover, pour rest of sauce on chicken, bake 15 min, then baste chicken with sauce in bottom of pan and bake 15 more minutes. Comes out PERFECT this way! Can use chicken breasts and bake at 400 for half an hour.
