Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff
This is a great recipe and perfect for those nights when you don't feel like cooking. I made it exactly as it was originally written, and my only complaint is that it needs to be a little more saucy which is very easily remedied. Other than that, it is a delicious, easy, and fast meal to whip up.

Strawberry Muffins
I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and modified this recipe slightly. I added vanilla and cinnamon and used a mixture of brown and white sugars. I left out 1/4 cup of flour as one reviewer suggested, but then added it in at the last minute because the batter looked a little too wet - I should have left it out because this turned out a little dry. I also almost added an extra 1/2 cup of strawberries, but changed my mind on that as well - another decision I should have gone with. I will definitely make this again with 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1 1/2 cups flour and 1 1/2 cups strawberries. I may or may not add the 1/2 tsp cinnamon, but either way I am willing to bet this will be perfect.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie
This was really good. I don't like standard chocolate chip cookie recipes because they usually have way too many chocolate chips (I realize I am probably in the minority with this opinion). This recipe was perfect with the exception that it was a little greasy - a problem that I find inherent in chocolate chip cookies in general, and not a flaw in this particular recipe. I doubled the vanilla as one reviewer suggested, and I did not add the nuts because my kids won't eat them, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly and baked it on a 16" pizza pan, and the cookie came out perfectly soft and yummy.
