Salsa Chicken

My family loved this recipe! I put it in the crockpot for 3.5 hours on High and it was absolutely amazing! I served it over Mexican rice and it is amazing!

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

My favorite all time dish. I also have used Multi-grain pasta and it is Wonderful. The sun-dried tomatoes make it wonderful. You can also add roasted pine nuts...YUMMY!

This casserole is absolutely wonderful. Although I omitted the cream of chicken soup and only added one cup of water to the cream of celery soup. I also added a can of rinsed black beans. This truely is like a mexican lasagna that you will want to eat for a few days.
