Pumpkin Frozen Yogurt

We love pumpkin in various forms and this is not one of them. First made it per recipe. Tried again adding more syrup, then half & Half, still not good. The Greek-style yogurt was the culprit. Just too tart and "yogurt-y". Might be better with regular yogurt. Sorry, we didn't care for this.

Classic Goulash

This is the classic goulash made in the mid-west, USA, not Hungarian Goulash. I grew up on this in Iowa, but we used Worchestershire sauce instead of soy sauce, no bay leaf, and a green pepper if we had one.

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

used olive oil to coat cast iron skillet, then heat in oven before adding chicken. Double the salt and paprika. Add 1 tsp. garlic pd. and 1 tsp. onion pd. 40 min. was a little too long.

KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* Brownies

I only had 2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies, so used 1/2 cup shredded coconut to make up the difference. Tasted wonderful. Also, added 1 tsp. baking powder & was glad I did. Grandsons loved these. I'll make them again the same way.
