Chocolate Cobbler

We teased about renaming this recipe "Chocolate Slobber" when I missed the part about the SELF-RISING flour, but the second time, I made it for a birthday celebration with the correct ingredients and it was FABULOUS. Looks like slop when it goes in the oven and comes out tasting like a little bit of heaven:-)

Strawberry Nut Bread

I used frozen strawberries and put all wet ingredients plus a strawberry applesauce cup and substituted almonds for the walnuts in the blender and chopped and mixed, then made a well in the dry ingredients and folded in the blended ingredients. It was fast and easy and the bread was smooth and tasty.
