Chocolate Meringue Cookies
Made these for a movie night with friends, and they were a HUGE hit! I followed the recipe, except I doubled the amount of chocolate chips. I would definitely recommend having your eggs at room temperature. Also, don't whip egg whites in a plastic bowl. Use a metal or ceramic one. I had stiff peaks in 5 minutes. Thanks for a tasty, easy recipe.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
I made these with my 10 year old, and they came out perfectly. We followed the recipe exactly, baking for just 8 minutes. When we took them out of the oven, the dough still looked slightly wet where it had cracked, but they do keep cooking a bit once they're out of the oven. The cookies ended up bein soft, chewy and thick, just the wayI like them. Thanks for the great recipe!

Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables
This was a GREAT recipe! As the author of this recipe said that one could use whichever vegetables one wanted, I did. I used 1 cup of broccoli, 2 cups of Napa Cabbage, and 1/2 grated carrot. I microwaved the broccoli for 2 minutes first (in lieu of boiling it), and just added the carrot and cabbage directly to the skillet. I followed the rest of the recipe exactly. My husband and kids loved it. It was very easy to do; I will be making it again.
