Loved it! Used six very ripe bananas, and added 3/4 cup of chocolate chips. Extremely moist with a nice, fresh flavor.

I love this recipe on chicken! It gets rid of that strong bottled barbeque flavor and makes it just yummy!

Stuffed Green Peppers

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
Since I first made this, my family requests it often. I use lean ground turkey rather than beef, and half of a Vidalia or sweet onion. Very mild, but very nice, flavor.

What a great recipe! I've made it twice, using blackberry jello with blueberry pie filling. My children and our guests have devoured it! Thanks for a great ending to a meal!

Easy Turkey Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2007
This recipe is excellent! The gravy was smooth and full of flavor, with a nice, deep golden color. I received many compliments this Thanksgiving. It will be my gravy recipe every turkey day! I used three cups of my own turkey stock, and 2 cups of boxed chicken stock. Terrific - thanks so much!

Linnie's Spanish Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2007
Each time I've made this recipe (several times), I bless the cook that sent it in! It so easy, delicious, and always moist. My family loves it! I serve it with tacos or Mexican chicken. A great recipe!

Prosciutto Fave Minestrone alla Riso

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2007
This soup was so savory and delicious. My children and husband loved it! I used 'Roman' beans (which are the same as 'Cranberry'), and found them in the ethnic section of the supermarket. I also used 1 1/2 cups of chopped prosciutto, and regular brown rice. This recipe is a 'keeper'!
