Antipasto Pasta Salad

Delicious flavor! Upscale and a little expensive - was worth every penny! Used only half the Asiago (diced it small as it is strong) & added sharp white cheddar. Used medium shells. Don't omit the olives - they add so much to the flavor blend (kids can pick them out!). Agree w/other reviewers that the amount of dressing was too much. Next time I'll use 1/2 to 3/4 of it, & save the rest for another salad. Also, I prepared this all at one time, then refridgerated for 3 hours. Giving this recipe 5 stars!

So good! Followed the recipe exactly. My oven runs hot, but still they needed about 13 minutes. Thanks for the simple and delicious recipe!

Key Lime Pie VII

This was so much better than I thought it might be! Seemed like a lot of lime juice, but ended up being the right ratio. Instead of juicing limes, I used store-bought bottled key-lime juice. I also used 2 cans (14 oz.) of condensed milk - with a store-bought extra large graham crust, the filling amount was perfect. Baked for 13 minutes. Chilled in freezer an hour before serving. A delicious Summer recipe!

Quick Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Easy and so good! I took the tip from another reviewer and have been making this recipe in mini-loaf pans (makes 5), and baking them for 35-40 minutes. I also glaze them while warm with 1 TB of lemon juice mixed with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Great for bake sales!

Beef Paprika

Don't hesitate to try this recipe. My family couldn't get enough of it - next time I'll double it. I took the meat off the heat after only 1 1/2 hours; the meat was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious.

Trini Mango Cheesecake

This cheesecake was very creamy, light and delicious. I made the graham cracker crust in a springform pan. A standard crust recipe is too much for this cheesecake, so if you decide to make your own crust, use only about 3/4 of the crumbs and bring them up the pan sides only halfway. For the topping, I reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup -and drizzled it on top of each piece before serving. My family loved it!

Meatloaf

This was delicious! I was curious to try this as my mom used to make meatloaf with oats all the time. I was out of steak sauce, so I subbed in Worcestershirer instead. Moist and full of flavor - I will be making this again. Thanks!

Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops

I loved this recipe! I had leftover cooked pork from New Year's day, which I chopped into bite size pieces. I baked the potatoes for 20 minutes before adding the pork and sauce to finish the recipe. My family loved it, seconds all around!

Holiday Snickerdoodles (Cookie Mix)

In my double oven, for both ovens, I had to lower the temp to 350 degrees, and take the cookies out at 9 minutes. The first batch burned on the bottom, but still tasted good. Otherwise, fantastic taste and beautiful, uniform little puffs!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Wow! My family loved it! I made two smaller casseroles (three slices cheese each), and used ziti noodles. Didn't have the chips, so I used bread crumbs mixed with melted butter & parmesan cheese for the topping. Thanks!

Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

These are so good and healthy too! We made no changes. Soft on the inside and crunchy on the top; delicious. I helped my 11-year old daughter make these; it's a very easy recipe, and nice for the Fall.

Amish Macaroni Salad

Read everyone's reviews before making the salad, but still tried the original first. This was a very sweet dressing for us. Omitting the sugar altogether, and using 1/2 mayonaise and half salad dressing, made all the difference. A great salad with these changes!

Stuffed Green Peppers

Since I first made this, my family requests it often. I use lean ground turkey rather than beef, and half of a Vidalia or sweet onion. Very mild, but very nice, flavor.

Blueberry Gelatin Salad
