Cranberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2007
This was a wonderful recipe, and I halfed it to make only 6 large muffins. To improvise and add some flavor I grated about an 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg & cinnamon, and about 1 heaping teaspoon of fresh grated lemon rind. Instead of the sour cream, I used plain vanilla yogurt. Yum! I also took 1 full cup of whole cranberries, still frozen from the the freezer. I didn't even bother with the cinnamon sugar topping. These golden brown muffins came out bursting with flavor. Just Fabulous!

Could not believe how wonderful this were! Totally melt in your mouth. Just remember to use a wet fork to make the traditonal cross markings on each cookie. These were a hit!

Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
This was a fabulous recipe for a tastier, chewier, oatmeal cookie! I added dried cranberries instead of raisins, and quarter cup of shredded coconut and they were even more scrumptuous!

Bread Machine Challah II

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
Challahleuhah! This challah bread recipe is fabulous and melt in your mouth delicious! I added an extra cup of flour (5 in total)and allowed my loaves to rise quietly overnight. What a difference; lighter, flakier, and tastier! The best is making french toast from this recipe; I had some egg wash left over so I just added some vanilla, cinnamon and milk and made french toast. Unbelievable!

Just finish a batch of these fab cookies with a few minor adjustments: I added one more cup quick oats, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 quarter cup unsweetened coconut, and substituted the butterscotch chips with 1 cup dried cranberries.....FABULOUS CHEWY GOODNESS!
