I almost never remember to write reviews but my 6 year old daughter helped me make these and not only was it easy but sooooo good! I do recommend using oil instead of butter... Thanks for a great keeper recipe!

Tomatillo Guacamole

My husband loves guacamole so I decided to try this recipe. Although he will eat almost anything, he actually asked me to throw this away...Specifically he said the tomatillos made the guac sour. Sorry!

Spinach Quiche

This was my first attempt at quiche & it was delicious! I am not a huge fan of feta cheese or mushrooms, but kept them in there for the family and I was not disappointed!
