Fresh Herbed Halibut
Very good. Only thing I added was some white wine, and I used white pepper. Broiled it. Texture was great.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
I added more spice (cayenne pepper) because I like it hot. I could take or leave the corn part. Next time I will cut back on the salt. I used white northern beans instead of garbanzos. At the end I added approx 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter because that gives veggie chili a nice taste. This was good and tastes like "real" chili. I will make it again. I liked it with shredded cheddar on top. I think it would be good over rice as well.

Peanut Butter Chili
I wasn't expecting much, but I like peanut butter soup so I decided to give this one a try. I think there's a bit too much garlic in it, and I increased the chili powder to a tablespoon and added more cayenne because I like things spicy, but overall I liked this and would make it again. UPDATE: 8/8/09: Made this for the third time, it really is sooo good. I did cut down on the garlic. I doubled the recipe this last time and glad I did. The leftovers are really wonderful after sitting in the fridge all night. I like it served with grated cheddar.
