Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2007
These are literally the best chocolate chip cookies. I find they're even tastier when you make them in smaller sizes. My roommate keeps eating the last one -well, the last five. Also, don't forget to store them in a container with a piece of bread to keep it moist.

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2007
I've been using this recipe for all meatballs I make and it's good and solid. I usually end up adding whatever is in my pantry, like some garlic powder, parmesan cheese, basil, and onions. I've also been using beef instead of turkey, which works just as well.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2007
I agree with previous reviewers on adding more garlic, sauteeing it, and only backing 10-15 minutes. Also, I put almond slices on top, which was a nice tasty crunch and delicious.

Tomato Barley Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2007
Some times I consider making a different soup, but then I remember how consistently satisfied I am after eating a bowl (even 4 times a week), so it keeps me coming back to this one. Note: I usually soak the barley in a bowl of water while chopping and sauteeing vegetables to help it cook a bit faster. This is a great recipe to bring for a winter potluck at a chilly house.
