This recipe is quick, easy and incredibly delicious! As others suggested, I used 2 tbsp of olive oil and kept all other measurements the same. It made the perfect marinade. I sprayed a baking dish, put the salmon in dish skin down, spread marinade on top, covered with foil and refrigerated for about half an hour. I cooked it in the oven as directed (was done perfectly in 25 min) except went directly from fridge to oven with the foil still covering dish. (I did not individually wrap the salmon in foil.) Everyone loved it! Can't wait to make it again.
