Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
Holy smoke, is this stuff good. I also followed the adjusted directions as other suggested, 1C PB, 2C Brown Sugar and 3C Powdered Sugar. It's a bit on the sweet side still, but it's very good. Soft, creamy and a good peanut butter taste. Make sure you wrap it up while in storage or it will dry out and get crumbly. Thanks for sharing.

Cabbage and Noodles
This was so good. My six year old devoured it! They kept asking for seconds. My very finicky hubby also had seconds. This as is made a lot of dinner and I only put away a tiny bit for leftovers. I made my own homemade noodles, and then followed the recipe. Thanks for sharing. We called it "Hungarian stir fry", this one will be made and eaten without reluctance around here.

Corn Dog Casserole
My husband who hates corndogs went back for seconds. It was a hit with the kids too. I took others advice, omitted the celery, used half of a medium yellow onion, and cut way back on the sage, which was about 1/8 tsp. OH, I added celery seeds in place of the actual celery, 1 tsp. I only made with 1 C milk and 1/2 C sour cream. It was super moist. I made mustard-y baked beans to go as a side dish! Freakin Fabulous! Thanks for sharing.
