I followed the recipe exactly........Easy and delightful.. so very good.......Can't wait to share with, the rest of my family.... We love the spice and this is just enough... Not too much and not too little. Thanks for sharing... Perfect!

This was everything I hoped it would be... Followed the recipe in everyway but did not have fresh sage, so omitted. Can't believe that would have made it any better. It was fantastic. I did have the Parmiggiano Reggiano Rind, amazingly. So glad I found a place to use it. Just experienced the taste of Swiss Chard about a year ago and we really like it.. We have a dinner club with 3 other couples and I can't wait to share it to them. Thanks for sharing, Callinectes. I did post a picture, because this soup is worth it! Chris from Texas

This soup was fantastic!. I put the milk in the microwave for a couple of minutes to heat. This made it easier than watching it on the stove top, not to scorch. Taste is a little spicy at first, but keep eating it gets better and better. I did serve with a droplet of sour cream on each serving. I will make this often as I love the taste of the poblano!
