These were a great treat for the kids. I love how they look and that they aren't super sweet.

Best Bread Machine Bread

I try not to buy loaves of bread and just make them at home and this is one of the favorites. Great flavor and always turns out!

Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2009
This is amazing!!!! I made this with leftover homemade Challah bread that was getting dried out. It was not mushy due to the bread being a little old. The flavor is so good! I did leave out the raisins since we are not fans of them and added a little more apple. I will be making this again. Thank you!

This was an excellent recipe! I did add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and juice from half of an orange for some added flavor. I will be using this as my go to stir-fry recipe from now on! Thank you!!!

Perfect Cheesecake Everytime

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
Thanks CCM for a great cheesecake recipe!!! I made this for my inlaws and they devoured it. My father inlaw asked my mother inlaw why her cheesecake didn't come out like this. It was a great texture and good flavor. I froze a few slices that were left over to have on another night and I wound up eating it frozen because I couldn't wait!

Jo's Rosemary Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
This is a wonderful bread with amazing flavor! My neighbors keep hinting that they would like me to make it again. It made great sandwiches but was even better warm with dipping oil.

Baked Kale Chips

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
These were so yummy and a great way to use up the kale I had from the garden. I have a hard time getting my little guy to eat green things unless they are peas and he loved these.

Byrdhouse Marinated Tomatoes and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2008
We absolutely love this! Had it as a side one night and the next night I put it on fresh spinach with fresh mozzarella, and grilled chicken for a healthy salad. The sauce made a wonderful dressing for the salad.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2008
This was excellent!!! We didn't have any leftovers. I did add some white wine and had to use spicy brown mustard because that's what we had on hand. This will be put in the dinner rotation. I would love to try it grilled with the sauce brushed on and the rest for dipping. Thanks for the great recipe!!!

Never Fail Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2008
I think I finally found the chocolate chip cookie recipe I have been trying to find for years. These turned out perfectly for me. I did cook them less than stated because I was looking for a chewy cookie and succeeded.

Cream Puffs

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2008
I am rating this on the actual puffs. They were great and had no issues with them. I made them with homemade whipped cream for the cream puffs and I also shaped some for eclairs and filled them with homemade pastry cream and coated with chocolate. These were so easy and awesome!!!

Panzanella Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2008
I love all of the ingredients in this salad! The olives were such a great addition to a somewhat classic. I did keep my bread out until just before serving to keep it a little more crispy. I also toasted my bread twice once without the stuff on it and the next time the way written. I do think this helped the bread from getting soggy. Great recipe and was loved by everyone.

Cream Puff Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2008
I took this to a barbecue and it was a huge hit!!! Very good! I liked how easy it was to make and it tasted like a cream puff. Next time I will skip the cool whip and use homemade whipped cream for an even more authentic cream puff taste.

This was really good!! I hesitated about the cinnamon but put it in anyway. My husband raved about these, he is so picky when it comes to food. This one is a keeper!

Percolator Punch

This is such a nice change for a hot beverage on a cold fall day. The kids loved this and so did I. I made it in a crock pot originally but the kids have been adding red hots to the apple cider and microwaving it.

Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: May 22, 2008
I was really surprised at how well this recipe was received at the dinner table. Everyone ate it and had seconds. My husband suggested we add this to the dinner rotation, which he never does. Thanks for a great recipe that even the meat eaters enjoyed.
