Cheesiest Potatoes Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2012
We liked these well enough. They took a lot longer to cook than specified and I took others comments to cover and turn the heat to 350. They were easy enough and just the right amount of cheese. I will make them again adding some seasoning to give them a flavor boost.

Quick and Flavorful Vegetables

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2012
As written these were a little too flavorful. I ended up making again and boiling the carrots with one packet and then once tender I sautéed them a bit in a half a packet. We enjoyed them with the changes.

Praline-Pumpkin Mousse Cornucopias

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2012
This was just ok for us. We didn't love the instant pudding flavor it left behind. If I make again I will make them with pastry cream.

Campbell's® Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2012
This is a good recipe but it's a little too soupy for us so I always add an extra can of green beans.

Creepy Mini Pizzas

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
fabulous crust, and very cute topping ideas. I love how you prebake these and can freeze for later. I froze them and then we used these on the grill. Perfect!

Individual Pumpkin Pies

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
These were not loved by us. The cookie crust was soggy and they were a little too watery for our liking. I did double the spices, without they would have been too bland for us.

Spooky Homemade Marshmallows

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
I was intimidated by homemade marshmallows for years, not anymore. These are perfect and not overly sweet. I can't wait to make them in peppermint flavor to give out at Christmas time.

Classic Caramel Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
This is perfection and so so easy! Make sure your popcorn is warm to make the caramel go on easier. I did bake mine a bit longer and it stayed crisp in an air tight container for a week. This is a regular at our house!

Pepperoni 'n Cheese Crescents

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
I served these to the kids for lunch and they liked them. I gave them a small dish with pizza sauce to dip them in. My only complaint is the crescents are a little sweet for my liking.

Grilled Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage with Tomato Cream Sauce Over Linguine

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2012
I used the tomato basil chicken sausage and we really enjoyed this. I will make this again as a regular rotation. It was good even with out the sausage. Everyone in our house asked for this again so thats 5 stars.

Loaded Bacon Potato Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2012
This was actually pretty good. Next time I would cook the sauce down a bit with some garlic and a few other spices. I would have preferred the potatoes be a little crispier so I might pan fry those a bit and then add.

Creamy Arroz con Pollo

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2012
This was a hit at our house. I followed the recipe but used my own taco seasoning upping the spice factor. My husband wrapped the left overs in tortillas the next day for lunch. I would make this again as it was flavorful and easy, perfect for those nights you need something fast.

Cheese-Stuffed Giant Meatballs

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2012
I followed the recipe as written, but left in the fridge for a few hours before baking. These turned out really well for what they are. I didn't have any issue with the cheese being hard or being mushy. I would make these again since the kids asked for them.

The kids loved this! The bacon was what sealed the deal. It was rich and creamy! I followed the recipe as written but left out the red pepper since my kiddos aren't a fan.

We actually enjoyed this very much. I did doctor it up with some garlic, fresh mushrooms, and a little white wine during. The flavor was rich and the meat was very tender.

This was just ok, it would be better with more of a sauce than straight hoisin. Not sure I will make again.
