This is wonderful!!! I made it for a party and got rave reviews. I love green olives so this was one more way for me to fall in love with them. Thanks you for a simple but great recipe!!!!

This was pretty good did make some changes. I used fresh mozzarella. Next time I will make homemade pesto and not put as much on it. It was a little strong.

Cream Corn Like No Other

This was really good and well liked by everyone. I cut back on the sugar a little and next time I will leave it out completely it was sweet enough on it's own. My husband cringed when I said I was making creamed corn he changed his mind when he saw it and had seconds. Thanks!

This was just ok, I had high hope for it since it was recommended by a friend. I don't mind sweet desserts but this was a little much. It has a great flavor so I may make it again without the topping.

This is so good!!! I didn't have the candy bars so I used chocolate chips and heath toffee pieces. This will be a new treat at our house instead of just plain caramel sauce.

These were a hit! I left off the nuts do to an allergy and I still think they were that good! My girlfriend loved them and they are better once they have sat in the fridge and gotten really cold.

These were pretty good. They did get a little watery and if I make them again I will put them on convection roast in my oven to bake them. MIL who is a vegetarian raved about them.

Country Quiche

We modified this recipe to use some veggies we had in the fridge. I only had 4 eggs so this is how I came across this recipe. It's a little denser than the normal quiche I make. We liked it and will more than likely use it again. If you are looking for a custard like quiche this is not the recipe for you. We used ham, spinach, and mushrooms to replace the bacon and onion since this is what I had on hand. The basics of this recipe allow you to have some flexibility with the recipe.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

I think next time I make this I will add a little more on the spice side but this was actually really good considering how healthy it is for banana bread. The kids still asked for seconds so I consider it a hit!

Pecan Pie Bars I

I liked the ida of these and the taste was good but I had issues with the cooking times. The crust took a lot longer to cook and the pecan filling part just wouldn't set and got over done on the edges and not done in the center.
