these are super cute but pretty time consuming - I would consider these more of a decoration than something you'd be dying to eat - in the end - a lot of work for something not so tasty, but SUPER cute!

so easy, but such a show stopper - I filled with a spinach strawberry salad with red onion, one crouton, rapspberry vinagrette and topped it with candied almond chunks! Delish!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

loved them!! We had some filling left over, so we just used multi grain scoops to eat it up :) Also, I mixed the potatos in with the bean mixture before putting them in the tortillas - oh, and I used black beans rather than kidney beans

Tasty Lentil Tacos

for my taste I would make them a bit more spicy next time. Thankfully I also made some super spicy guac, otherwise the tacos might have been a bit blah...worth trying though for sure - even my husband, who was hesitant had to admit they were pretty good.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

AMAZING flavour!! so delish - the only disappointment is that for me cooking it this was doesn't produce much as far as jus...which just means so gravy....the roast was to die for - and thats saying a lot for me, typically I don't really like a lot of meat!

Lemon Chicken Piccata

so wonderful - My husband really loved this, and he isn't one to gush....Next time, for my own personal taste I might not be so heavy handed with the lemon. I think I might skip, or only add a scant amount of extra lemon juice. I also added mushroom to mine - after removing the chicken I added the mushrooms, then also removed them from the pan before adding the liquid - delish!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

this was amazing - we took it over to a friends house, it was described as "epic" wow!! I didn't have half and half so used a little bit of 1%, which was fine, next time (which will be sooner than later) I will probably add a few more raspberries. YUM! Cant wait to eat this again!!

Pumpkin Wheat Honey Muffins

maybe it was more the cook than the recipe...mine didn't rise and were heavy and super dense...i followed the recipe completley with the exception of using WW flour instead...maybe its time to replace my baking powder??!
