Crustless Spinach Quiche
I've made this countless times - sometimes fresh spinach - sometimes half kale - whatever cheese is in the refrigerator - maybe fresh tomatoes & maybe tomatoes & green chilies - whatever you come up with seems to turn out yummy! It is also great warmed up - since there is usually only two of us - we eat it up a day or so later...still good! Thanks

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I have made cookies for YEARS! NEVER have I stirred the flour mix into the egg/sugar mix till now - OMGosh - I could not believe how they held their shape!! I just figured that was more work than I cared to do and that it was the "butter" that was causing them to spread...even after refrigerating. I refuse to use margarine..not healthy!! This recipe is great - but not out of the norm - so I'm thinking it must have been the "stirring by hand"?? Will now try with other recipes. SO - a BIG THANKS to the author - but also to the reviewers that made comments about not using the mixer....I FINALLY LISTENED!!

Amber's Peanut Butter
This is the second time I've made peanut butter - I really haven't swayed from the recipe but I do not measure - just go with the taste & texture. Someone mentioned splenda in a review...I think next time I will try some stevia - maybe half stevia - half honey!? Thanks for the recipe!!
