Baked Ziti I
Very good! I was out of sour cream, so I melted 8oz of cream cheese in with my sauce. Had to add salt.

Deb's Spicy Beef Curry
Really tasty! I used venison cube steak because my husband and I are always looking for new ways to cook all of his deer meat. Also, I left out the fish sauce because it only called for one Tbs and I could not find it in the grocery.

Turkey with Mushroom Sauce
This was an excellent dish! Very tender. I found this recipe when I accidentally bought turkey breast instead of pork loin. I substituted rosemary for the tarragon because that is what I had on hand, used chicken broth, fresh mushrooms, two garlic cloves, and a dash of bourbon. I bet it would be delicious with bourbon and honey instead of broth or wine!
