These potatoes were great! I followed the advise from some of the other reviews and cubed the potatoes first. They were a hit.

My guests loved this dip. It tasted just like hot wings, but without the bones.

Chocolate Trifle

Reviewed: May 10, 2008
I've made this several times, and there are never leftovers--everyone asks for the recipe. I did make few alterations suggested by previous reviews. I used french vanilla cool whip instead, only 1/2 can of condensed sweetened milk and whipped 1/2 pint of whipping cream with ~3 tbls. of sugar and added to pudding mixture. I've also used crushed malted balls between layers and used as a garnish on top. Great dessert!!!

This casserole was devoured. I also made a few changes suggested by prev. reviewers. I baked the cresent rolls for 7 min before adding mixture, used 10 eggs and half the cheese. Also, served salsa on the side. It was great.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2008
This was really good. I made it with frozen broccoli florets. I also added 2 chopped green onions and doubled the soy. Added a touch of spice with a little dash of chili oil. I did let the sauce cook a little while to thicken up. Turned out perfect. Very tasty.

Red and Green Christmas Jalapeno Jelly

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2007
I have never made jelly before, and this was sooo easy. It turned out a little orange, so before putting it in jars I added some red food coloring. And, next time I think I will add more jalapenos. This time I even left seeds in, but I could stand a little more heat. But, everyone has loved it and asked for the recipe.

Guacamole

Reviewed: May 6, 2007
This was the first time I've made homemade quacamole. In the past I have always used a dry seasoning mix--never again. This tasted great!
