Amazing Muffin Cups
Great tasting! I brought these to Sunday school and everyone raved about them! I almost left them at home because I could not get the hash brown bottoms/sides out even though I sprayed the pan with Pam. Regardless, they were still delicious. I think next time I will just mix the hash browns & meat in with the egg mixture and cook in one step. Also, I used the Jimmy Dean precooked turkey sausage in one batch and chopped ham in another batch so I wouldn't have to deal with the grease.

Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
I used my stand mixer to mix the flour, salt, and shortening. Then I switched to a dough hook to knead in the hot water. It works great! One note for novices: don't cut short on the water. Add it all to make it really soft & easy to roll out.

Fresh Blueberry Pie IV
A great recipe! I used Grand Marnier for the orange liquer, which was a bit strong at 1.5 tablespoons. Next time, I'll reduce to 1 tablespoon. Also, for the kids' pie I used 1.5 tablespoons of fresh squeezed orange juice. Still wonderful!
