Mulligatawny Soup I

This soup is fabulous!!! Used a cheese grater for the apple added some garam masala spice from this website and some cayenne pepper! I've made it twice now and everybody loves it!

White Peach Sangria

This was wonderful! But cut the sugar or omit it completely! Used frozen peaches and raspberries and use peach schnapps instead of vodka. I also used club soda to mix it it with as gingerale would have been too sweet! Pour 2 more bottles of wine into the container as it was getting low and it was still good!

White Chili with Ground Turkey

This was excellent! I did tweak it though by only adding 2 cups of chicken broth, chili powder and hot sauce. I think cinnamon is very understated in this dish and think it brings out the flavor. I will be making this again!!!

Luscious Slush Punch

I made this for a baby shower and what a hit! Everyone loved it! DEFROST in the microwave a little before pouring in the soda my fist batch wasn't slushy enough. I can't wait to make it again. Oh, and 1 cup sugar is more than enough.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This was great! And so super easy. I did put a dry rub on it the night before. Then cooked it for 8 hours on low. I also used a pork shoulder instead of tenderloin and it was just as good.

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

This was the best mexican dish I've ever made at home! My boyfriend is a much better cook than me and he is now claiming he found this recipe! So easy!
