Maple Salmon

this is a good recipe. I made this a few times. My wife loves it. I also suggest marinating the Salmon fillets in milk for 10 min., take a cup of seasoned or unseasoned bread crumbs. Add smokehouse maple seasoning to the bread crumbs, Season to taste. I use a table spoon to one cup of bread crumbs. Take one egg and beat the egg until frothy, Dip the salmon fillet in the egg and dredge it through the bread crumbs. Bake as the recipe calls for . While the salmon is baking, mix some mustard with the maple syrup. Add 1/4 cup of syrup to two table spoons of mustard. Also add 1/4 cup of melted butter. Or mix to taste. Home made honey mustard works well too. When salmon is done drizzle the mustard sauce over the fillets.

Crusted Salmon with Honey-Mustard Sauce

This is an excellent recipe. I doubled the honey and my wife said this was the best salmon I have ever cooked. Serve with fresh asparagus for a wonderful dish.
