This was a hit Christmas of 2006! Absolutely delicious! Guests loved the authentic taste. What few leftovers there were, I froze and it was still wonderful 2 months later. I used angel hair pasta a homemade garlic bread for a truly authentic Italian meal.

Apple Bundt Cake

Made this for a faculty luncheon and it was great. The key is that the apples are not mixed in with the batter which helps the bread portion to have a good consistency, yet has tasty layers of apples. Tastes much like homemade apple pie!

Ali's Amazing Bruschetta

This was superb with my pasta dishes at Christmas 2006. Even after it cools, it still remains soft and tasty due to the olive oil. I did drizzle a little extra olive oil on the bread to add a little more flavor. Thumbs up to Ali!
