Just Finished the First Part of Cooking Roadmap

I just finished the first "unit" in the Cooking Roadmap online course at Rouxbe. It was mostly about using a chef's knife. I've become pretty proficient with my chef's knife. Only cut myself twice - when I let my pinky and thumb come out from behind the
Next step is a unit on the basic methods of food preparation. This unit includes a section on whole foods and a section on proper seasoning practices. Great stuff!
