Baked Orange Roughy Italian-Style

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

This recipe shouldn't be "made over" but put together as written, the meatballs and the sauce are just wonderful, unlike the mass produced, thick jarred stuff. I've read some comments that things were added/deleted, come on, it changes the whole recipe when you do that! Try it as written and you will not be disappointed, it is the only one we use now.

Sweet Grilled Shrimp Skewers

The "sweet" in the name intrigued me, never would have thought of sweet shrimp but these are really, really good. Hint to other posters, when "sweet" in in the title name, expect sweet! Thanks for sharing.

High Altitude Layer Cake

I live at 6000 ft and this recipe didn't fall but was very dry. Onward for a cake that isn't! If you want a truly white cake and not yellow, use the whites only.

The Perfect Basic Burger

This is a BASIC recipe, very few ingredients so what would you expect? A lot of the taste will come from the ground beef you are using, low grade ground beef will yield a pretty much bland tasting burger. You should always use a good ground beef for plain hamburgers, use good, you get good. Simple. These are great tasting.

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

AWESOME!!! This is the recipe I remember from childhood school lunches!! I added 1 tsp vanilla and omitted the chips. Excellent!! The oil is what gives it that special texture.

Morning Glory Muffins

This is the most wonderful Morning Glory Muffin recipe. I have tried several here and this is by far the tastiest. Just the right amount of fruits and sweetness. I used whole wheat pastry flour instead of all purpose. They got raves from everyone. Thank you so much for the recipe, it is worth a million at least!
