Orange Cream Fruit Salad

This was a little watery when I made it- you'll defaintly want to drain all the fruit really well, it was a nice sweet tasting salad, I'd probably make it again.

Black Forest Mini Cheesecakes

I tried blueberry on these and they didn't turn out real well..but overall it's pretty yummy. The almond extract flavor I think comes out too much, so next time I'd maybe use less.

Blueberry Party Salad

Yum! Everyone at a family gathering loved this recipe. I was a little worried at first with the half and half/unflavored gelatin mixture really chunky..but it all worked out in the end!

Antipasto Pasta Salad

This was a gorgeous colorful salad! Great for a picnic or party. I especcially liked how the salami and pepperoni went so well with the dressing.

Broccoli Bites

The mixture was so watery and it was hard to fry them, I didn't quite like the honey mustard sauce but overall the taste was okay.

Cheesy Ranch New Red Potatoes

Baked Ziti I

This was a nice change recipe but here are some suggestions: use a 9 by 13 inch pan deffaintly. I only used one jar of spaghetti sauce and even then the pan was overflowing!
