Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
Just made this and I do not see what all the fuss is about. I usually just eat my lamb chops with nothing on them at all, so I decided to give this recipe a whirl. It gave the chops a sweeter flavor and that was about it. The spices on the chops I would definitely do again as it brought out even more flavor, but the sauce I might skip for next time.

Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole
I have made this recipe a bunch of times and every time I make it I add less and less pepper. Use around a 1/4 of a tsp. Otherwise it's a great recipe.
