Yum, served atop the Middle Eastern Turkey Dog recipe and the dinner was a hit. I will make the Tzatziki Sauce I again.

Middle Eastern Turkey Dogs

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2010
The recipe is a very good start. Hubby and I agreed that next time we will make into oblong patties, quickly brown then briefly bake (probably 3-4 minutes). We too will add more spice, likely a touch of cayenne pepper because we prefer more spice. Tomorrow night I plan to slice and serve atop a greek salad. I think it will be really good. I topped the turkey dogs with the Tzatziki Sauce I recipe which was the perfect compliment.

Sunday's Apple Pie

This recipe could not be more easy and the results are fantastic. I will likely add a bit more spice next time but otherwise you can't go wrong with this apple pie. Yum.

Libby's® Famous Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2010
Fantastic recipe. I needed to cook about 15 minutes longer than the recipe called for, likely due to oven temperature variation. Next time I might add just a bit more spice otherwise the recipe is absolutely terrific. I received many compliments!

Perfect, perfect! careful for adding too much salt. Parmesean cheese has salt so go lightly on additional salt.

Pad Thai

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2009
Excellent with modifications suggested by previous posters. Highly recommend increasing the amount of sauce by 3x. I added just a bit of sweet chili sauce, red pepper flakes and cayenne to bump the heat. Added shrimp and carrots too. I fried four cloves of garlic and two green onions then added the chicken to brown. This recipe is a keeper!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

EASY to make. The men at my table ate every last piece then asked me to make the pot pie again. WINNER! Add a bottle of cold chardonnay and the dinner is a wonderful wonderful meal.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2009
Very good. I did not add nuts or raisins but will next time. I will also add a bit of flour to the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture to keep from melting to the bottom of the pan. I used the cream cheese frosting recommended by another poster which was a wonderful addition to the recipe. Hubby said "make these again!". And I will.
