Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

This pie is by far the BEST pumpkin pie I have ever made! Not only does it look beautiful when done, it tastes AMAZING! I did not adjust the recipe at all, and it was perfect. I always like to try the original recipe before making the adjustments that other reviewers recommend, but I felt like this did not need any altering. My mother in law (who is an amazing cook herself) LOVED this pie to the point where she thought I should sell it, and my 3 year old daughter claims it is her "most favorite dessert ever!"

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These pancakes were so delicious! I didn't even bother to read any of the reviews, and they were perfect exactly the way the recipe is!!! I added blueberries, which also turned out great! I highly recommend these pancakes "as is"!!!

Applesauce Pork Loin

This is honestly the BEST pork loin recipe I have tried, and believe me, I've tried a lot! I used homemade applesauce, and it was amazing! Not only was the pork extremely tender, but it also had great flavor. Others mentioned that their applesauce burnt from the cooking time, but mine came out a beautiful golden color. I would absolutely recommend this recipe, and plan to make this for the next family dinner that we are having! This is the only pork loin recipe I am using from now on!

Simple BBQ Ribs

We made the ribs just as instructed, and we will DEFINITELY make them again! They were so delicious, and so tender. Plus, it's such an easy recipe, but tastes like you slaved over the stove all day! I used Cattlemen's BBQ sauce this time, and it was a tad spicy for my two little ones, but great for us adults. My in-laws were raving about these ribs! We will definitely make them again!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

I made this frosting to go with a Dark Chocolate Cake, and it was perfect! Just as the description said...not too sweet, and definitely not too greasy! It is JUST the right amount of peanut butter so it's not crazy overwhelming. I also crushed up some Peanut Butter Cups and sprinkled them on the top of the cake, and it was great...made the cake a bit more fancy :)It was delicious, and this recipe is definitely going into my recipe box!
