This recipe is great! I chilled my dough before rolling into balls and found that you can also roll the balls in a mixture of cocoa/sugar and plain sugar with excellent results!

Deep Dark Chocolate Souffle

We did tests of various chocolate souffle recipes from lots of sources and this one was the best! Rich and chocolate-y. Worth the little bit of work required.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

Great recipe. Love the use of applesauce vs. butter/margarine. I substituted nutmeg for the cinnamon because it's a personal preference, but otherwise, wouldn't change a thing!

Fudgey Pecan Pie

I've made lots of versions of Chocolate Pecan Pie. This one is the one I use when I know it's got to be good. Tastes like an undercooked brownie in a pie shell... delicious!!!

My Navy Bean Soup

This was good. But I prefer a pure navy bean taste. The chicken broth overpowers the taste of the navy beans.

Oatmeal Cinnamon Chip Cookies

I really loved this dough. Using plenty of flour when rolling out is key. I used a simple cinnamon-sugar filling and drizzled white icing once they were cooled. Like little cinnamon rolls! Delicious. This recipe is a keeper.
