Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce

This was good, I double the sauce as others recommended. I'm going to make again with veal and angel hair pasta.. I bet that would be delicious!

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

This was ok. It was lacking in flavor, and I even marinated overnight. I used fresh garlic and rosemary, dried oregano... I might try again, but add more seasonings, maybe some thyme

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Delicious and very easy to make! I made a couple of changes based on other reviews.. I used less pasta, roma tomatos (3), 7 garlic cloves, and much more wine, about 1/2 a cup! I also added a little salt.. overall, excellent dish!

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Delicious! Rather than bread crumbs, I soaked a slice of bread in milk (per every pound of meat) and used 2% milk.. So juicy, everybody was asking for my recipe!

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

This was awesome! The only thing I changed was rather than bread crumbs, I used italian panko crumbs and flour to help it stick. Also, I baked it in the oven then broiled for a couple of minutes to make them a little crispier. Soooo good!! The lime sauce is awesome, I added a little extra lime juice.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

This was awesome!!! I followed the recipe exactly as stated.. except I added cilantro which made all the difference! I also marinated it for about 6 hours. It was awesome! I made it with a version of Chipotle's cilantro rice... yummy!

Chicken Scampi II

This was really good.. although I felt super guilty eating it! I followed the recipe as is, but I doubled the garlic and the lemon. I also addeded shrimp, ground black pepper, crushed red pepper,and fresh Parmesan. After cooking, I transfered everything to a baking dish and added some mozz. cheese and baked it... delicious!

This was ok. I followed the recipe, minus the olives and zuchini and extra feta. There was way to much meat for the pizza dough. Next time, double the dough or cut down on the meat. Also, made two versus one big one...next time I'll make 4 small ones. I used lamb, but I didn't think it made a big difference, could have used sirlion or beef. I made tatziki sauce to go with it.. made it taste like a real gyro. Overall it was good, just needs tweaking.

Steak Fajitas

I really liked these fajitas! I added extra black pepper and cayenne to the marinade. I left off the green peppers, and added some sour cream to the tortillas... so good!!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Delicious! But I did alter the recipe based on some of the recommendations. I sauted lots of fresh garlic, 4 tablespoons butter, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. I added the sauce to the tilapia after baking it for 10 minutes. Can't wait to make it again!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

This was good, but not like I expected. The seasonings burned on my pan, so when I added the whipping cream for the sauce there were char pieces in it. I don't know, maybe I gotta try again. But, my boyfriend enjoyed it!

Feta Cheese Foldovers

These were really good. I followed the recipe exactly, except I did use Athen's basil feta as others had recommended, which gave them lots of flavor. Next time I'll try this recipe with phyllo dough, so that it won't taste so much like a quiche.

Cream Puff Cake

This was awesome!! I cut the recipe in half and used an 8x8 pan. I also melted ghirardelli chocolate chips and butter and put it on the cake, as others recommended, before adding the pudding mix.... sooo good! My friends ate every drop!

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken

Delicious! It looked like something out of a French retaurant. I cut the pastry in half as others recommended and since I didn't have any spinach or tomatoes on hand I added onions to the feta and pesto. Sooo good!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

The best rotisserie chicken!! I patted the chicken with butter under the skin and on top before adding the seasoning. I used extra seasoning and left it in the fridge for 3 days... Awesome!! My boyfriend isn't a fan of rotisserie chicken and he's in love!

This is so delicious! I also added oregeno and basil, and a little less thyme. I also added extra yogurt to give it extra moisture. Rather than a traditional burger, I used the Pillsbury french bread rolls as the bun... so good!!

Roasted New Potatoes

Sooo good! I added 1 tsp of lemon juice to the marinade. The only other thing that I added was some parmesan once they came out the oven. I also let the potatos marinate over night... which gave them a lot of flavor!
