Straight from the mouth of a hard-to-please husband when it comes to potatoes: "These are the best Red Potatoes I have ever had!" I think we have a winner! Thanks so much for sharing.

Slow Cooker Ribs

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2013
I made this a month ago and forgot to review -- they were absolutely delicious! Everyone loved them! My husband couldn't wait to take leftovers in his lunch. I will say that I eliminated the orange juice and Worcestershire sauce because I didn't have any, and it was still amazing! I plan on making this again tonight the exact same way since they were such a hit! PS -- I used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce.

Onion Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2010
This is a great dish. I was skeptical at first, but I used the advice of many and cut down the oil and onions. I used 1.5 good size onions. I used 1/3 cup oil and it was still too much! I took the awesome advice of another review and made a creamy sauce on the side and then added to the onion mixure and itmade the dish perfect! Also -- I was weary about a no meat recipe... so I added chicken and it was a great addition! I used cilantro instead of basil because I didn't have any. This will be a frequent favorite! My husband loved it! Thanks!

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
This was pretty good. I cut back on the lemon juice because I did not have enough, but glad I did because it was still very lemony! I think this would be a good marinade for chicken and even fish!

Ground Beef 'n' Biscuits

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2009
This was a great base recipe. After looking over the reviews, I made a lot of changes. The original recipe seemed a bit bland, and I took the advice of reviewers and cooked the biscuits for about 5 - 8 minutes to cook the bottoms, and then added them to the beef. First of all, I omitted celery because I did not have any and replaced that with a small can of green chilie's. I used the oregano, salt, and pepper. In addition I added just a pinch of cumin, a sprinkle of crushed red peppers, 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic, and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Big change - I used enchilada sauce instead of tomato because I didn't have any. Also, I did not have shredded cheese, so I pieced out provolne and american and spread it on top. These changes made it a bit spicey, so it turned out to be quite a mexican dish lol. It turned out really great.

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

Excellent flavor! I followed the suggestion of beef broth instead of water and it turned out great. I did use too much sugar (my fault!) but over all this was a great recipe and I will be using it again! Thanks!

Chicken Tortilla Soup II

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2008
This is a great recipe! I made some changes though. I added chiles, sliced water chestnuts and a few diced green peppers. I omitted the cheyenne pepper because I didn't have any. I also cooked this in the crockpot for about 2 hours. I cut strips of soft tortilla shells and added some to the soup to thicken. I did continue to cut strips of soft tortilla shells and bake them at 300 to add later on if wanted. I too added a shredded mexican cheese blend during and after cooking. I'll be keeping this recipe handy. Thanks!

Soy Sauce Chicken and Rice

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2007
I thought this was great! I cut the breasts into strips to cook faster. Also making it easier to eat and more of a casserole. I threw in a little poultry seasoning to the strips, onion powder and minced onion while browning the chicken. This way, baking only took about 30-40 minutes and remained very tender and juicey. Thanks!

Chicken Macaroni

I thought this was great and easy! My fiance and I aren't fans of mushrooms so I substituted cream of mushroom for cream of chicken and instead of cheddar cheese, the 4 mexican cheese blend. Will be making this again, thanks!
