My cooking triumphs
I cooked Thanksgiving dinner for the first time this year and made a very moist, delicious turkey.
My cooking tragedies
I'm one of those that have been very hesitant to make anything new because I don't want to slave over the kitchen for hours just to taste it and find out it is horrible. I've come around though and because of this web site I'm gradually trying new recipes.

Salsa Chicken
This is great on a bed of lettuce, black beans, top with sour cream & mozz. cheese with ranch dressing. SO GOOD!!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
This soup was awesome! I used canned chicken and it tasted great....my husband agrees it was much better with the cheese and sour cream, though. Very good!
