Hungarian Mushroom Soup
A wonderful complex flavor! I won a mushroom-themed cookoff at work with this recipe, thanks HAMM! Make sure you are using a pretty large pot, because the 1 lb of mushrooms makes over 8 cups when sliced. As many others, I used a combination of white, crimini, porcini and oyster mushrooms. I left the parsley and sour cream (subbed greek yogurt) on the side for people to garnish their own.

Cream of Fresh Asparagus Soup II
Pretty good, but missing something. I think that next time I will use less milk--I'd like the flavor to be just a tad more intense.

Barley Mushroom Risotto
This was ok. My barley had a good consistency initially, but when combined with the mushrooms it somehow lost all of its creaminess. I have no idea what I did wrong--I followed the recipe exactly. The flavor was alright, but definitely not worth the time put in to prepare it.
