I would give this 6 stars if possible, what a super recipe, very moist cake, I omitted the walnuts, as don't have like them, next time I will try pecan nuts. the family enjoyed this recipe so much I had to make another batch!!!

Gumbo Style Chicken Creole

My family and I just loved this recipe, no alterations, it really was super, just the idea for leftover chicken (or turkey) have put this in my recipe box for future use, than you soooooooo much.

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins

I think this recipe is fabulous, I make a mean banana loaf but never made muffins before, they were a big hit in my house I didn't change a thing but I didn't have any walnuts. My son loved them.
