LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!! Served this at a Birthday party for a VERY picky crowd (Dad and boyfriend who hate almost everything) and am still getting thank you emails and requests for the future. I did subsitute bread crumbs for the flour, but other then that followed exactly. I had a Pinot Grigot on hand, so that's the wine I used. Also, I suggest to tie the chicken instead of securing with toothpicks. It's much easier, and like another user said, it is very easy to lose the toothpicks. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe!
