Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2012
This is one of the best recipies I have saved from this website, and trust me, I have saved a lot!! Both my roomate and boyfriend said this was the best meal I have cooked in a long time, and I agree! What a fabulous recipie, and I already had 95% of the ingredients in my cabnet. I used thigh meat rather than breast (what I had on hand...) and eliminated all salt. Also, do as everyone else says and double the sauce. If served with rice the sauce will go quick. Thanks Yukuta!

Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2010
What a wonderful, sophisticated way to cook asparagus. I tossed the asparagus in a bowl with Olive Oil and the Pepper before hand, bunched them up in 4-5 and wrapped them in the bacon toward the end of the stem. Then we grilled them on foil (they can stick to the grill if you don't) with just a splash of white wine in the foil package. Absolutely delightful!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
Awesome!! As others have said, be sure you chill the cake/icing mixture, roll them out chilled and CHILL AGAIN!! It makes the dipping in chocolate step so much easier! I melted Andes mint chocolates, used chocolate cake and creme cheese icing, and they were amazing!!! The mixture made around 50, and they were gone within 20 min! What a wonderful recipie, thanks so much!

I love this recipie so much! It's very easy, and tastes so great. I have request for this recipie everytime I serve it! Just FYI, I never puree my soup, I like the little bits of tomato! Thanks Rachel!

Easy Pea Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2007
So easy and so perfect for a Bar-B-Q side! Didn't add the sugar the second time, and it tasted just as good. With the salad dressing mayo, I don't think it is necessary.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2007
LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!! Served this at a Birthday party for a VERY picky crowd (Dad and boyfriend who hate almost everything) and am still getting thank you emails and requests for the future. I did subsitute bread crumbs for the flour, but other then that followed exactly. I had a Pinot Grigot on hand, so that's the wine I used. Also, I suggest to tie the chicken instead of securing with toothpicks. It's much easier, and like another user said, it is very easy to lose the toothpicks. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe!
