This was my first attempt at making salsa, and it turned out great. I followed the advice of previous reviews and drained the liquid from the tomatoes before using. I made a double batch, and used 3 cans of stewed tomatoes and 1 can of petite diced tomatoes. I processed the stewed tomatoes with the other ingreadients, then added the diced tomatoes to give it more texture, but I still didn't think it was chunky enough. Next time I will just process 2 cans of stewed tomatoes then add 2 cans of diced to give it more texture. I doubled the garlic because I love garlic, but will probably use what the recipe calls for the next time. It was too garlicky for some people. I will also probably add the onion after processing the tomoatoes. The onion flavor is strong because it gets so fine. I love onions just like garlic, but it is too strong for some people.
