Striped Delight

Just made this today and everyone LOVED it. I sprinkled crushed heath bars on top once I was done putting everything together. I am so making this again.

Caramel Candies

I've made this twice. First time I only heated the caramel to 238. It was good, but too soft. The second time I heated it to 247. Chewy, Gooey and sticks to your teeth, Perfect. WARNING: You really should double the recipe as the caramel will disappear fast. :)

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Just made this today. Dang it! I have to got to the store to buy more supplies cause I ate half of it. DELICIOUS!!! This recipe was just enough for 24 standard sized cupcakes. :)

If you follow this recipe as it is written, IT WILL NOT fail. I doubled the reciepe and was super stingy with my servings just so that I would have leftovers! Ha ha.

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

I made this for Super Bowl and everyone loved it. I only baked for 20 minutes and they came out SUPER moist. I would post a picture, but they weren't on the table long enough.

David's Secret Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies

Just made these....so yummy. They were a little flat for my taste but the flavor was good. I also added more crispy rice as someone else suggested; however, that just made the cookies have chewy (and not the good kind) of texture. Oh well, I would make these again.

Spicy Peruvian Pork

I tried it. It was ok. This was a little too sweet for my taste, I might try it next time with 1/2 the OJ and add 1/2 cup lemon juice.
