These are really more like biscuits than rolls, but they were sufficient for our needs. Served them with soup.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

This was delicious. I made it this way: 1 lb turkey 1/2 c milk 1/2 c + 1/4 c bread crumbs 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt @ 1/3 lb cheese, shredded 2 small onions 1 carrot a little celery some broccoli stems I blended the veggies in the food processor to make them nice and small. I took the advice of another reviewer and mixed the 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs into the milk to plump them, then I added the other 1/4 cup later to help bind it together since I had added all the veggies. The cheese gave it a nice richness, but since it was shredded it wasn't the main feature. We really enjoyed it made this way, and my husband wants to have it twice a month! :-)

White Bean Chicken Chili

Yum! This was tasty, the first day and as leftovers. I used a jar of Salsa Verde instead of the tomatillos, jalapenos, and green chilies. I thought it was a bit too spicy, but my husband loved it!! This is definately a keeper!!

Mild Coconut Tofu Curry

I would probably make this again, but without the tofu. I also found that there was too much water, so I boiled it longer and even added a little flour near the end to help it thick more. I used a curry paste from a jar - this added a great deal of flavor and was more authentic than just "plain" curry powder would have been. I did not use the lemongrass. Enjoyed the flavor very much. It was the texture of the tofu that I did not care for.
