Sesame Noodles

best sesame noodles EVER!!! Made a double recipe for our NYE party and they were devoured with so many compliments that I was speechless. I did cut back on the oil with no troubles. Used gluten free rice noodles (Tinkyada) and gf tamari sauce. The best ever, seriously!

Carrot and Ginger Soup

I didn't have the buttternut squash, but even without this was fantastic! Have made it multiple times, perfect cold winter soup to keep everyone healthy. Also freezes incredibly well.

Thai Red Chicken Curry

Really good recipe! I used 1/2 light and 1/2 regular coconut milk (all light is too soupy). Also used tofu instead of chicken. We only have small cans of Thai curry paste, and our can recipe says to use the whole thing so I always do. Perfect!

My Chili

This is fantastic! I am never sure how things turn out (I am veggie, so I can't exactly taste test), so I was a bit hesitant to try something new. That said, this was the biggest hit for dinner last night! Only modification was that I used "chili beans" instead of regular ones and added some green pepper (diced) with the onion and meat. Will def be making this again, they practically licked their bowls!

Pastry for Double-Crust Pie

awesome pie crust. Flaky, tasty, so perfect to go along with a pot pie! Second the suggestion to roll each crust in between two pieces of waxed paper, as this makes ALL of the difference for crumble factor.

Veggie Pot Pie

A really good recipe all around. We did some tweaking, took out greenbeans and cauliflower and added peas, corn and diced tofu. I also used water instead of broth and added sage, rosemary and a few other seasonings instead. Needed an adtl Tbsp of cornstarch as well.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

A good basic and delicious crust. I didn't have cheese cloth to roll out on, but I rolled out with waxed paper on top and bottom after chilling in the freezer for 30 minutes and it came out perfect!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Agreed with another poster that adding a bit of herbs and or seasoning makes it even better. This crust has made Friday night pizza a weekly tradition in our house!

Fantastic Focaccia Bread

I've tried quite a few of the focaccia recipes here and this is by far the best. Simple and delicious bread, allowing for any flavors (we've done black olives, rosemary, and basil as a few) to be added to the bakers taste.

Low Sugar Strawberry Rhubarb Crunch

This is great! Made the minor modifications recommended with the cornstarch and an extra Tbsp of sugar. Used Earth Balance instead of butter so that it was dairy free. A REAL summer treat that the family loved.

Golden Dinner Rolls

I'd give it 5 stars if I didn't end up having to add an extra cup to cup and 1/2 of flour every time. The taste is fabulous, it just eats a ton of flour.

Savory Meat Loaf

Hubby thought that this was GREAT! The only thing he asked for next time was some sort of topping (tomato based or other) on top which is just the way that he always likes his meatloaf
