Sesame Noodles
best sesame noodles EVER!!! Made a double recipe for our NYE party and they were devoured with so many compliments that I was speechless. I did cut back on the oil with no troubles. Used gluten free rice noodles (Tinkyada) and gf tamari sauce. The best ever, seriously!

Carrot and Ginger Soup
I didn't have the buttternut squash, but even without this was fantastic! Have made it multiple times, perfect cold winter soup to keep everyone healthy. Also freezes incredibly well.

Thai Red Chicken Curry
Really good recipe! I used 1/2 light and 1/2 regular coconut milk (all light is too soupy). Also used tofu instead of chicken. We only have small cans of Thai curry paste, and our can recipe says to use the whole thing so I always do. Perfect!
