Juicy Roasted Chicken
Followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious! I would, however, use less margarine next time, probably half the amount. I was surprised at how just a few simple ingredients work together to make such a yummy roasted chicken. Thanks!

liked the marinade alot, but broiling after baking is a good idea to glaze the sauce.
